Hyperpigmentation post laser treatments

Had a client call this week claiming her tattoo had gone all brown.....hyperpigmented!
I was immediately suspect ... Hmmmmm.
Her first treatment had gone with out a hitch. Two weeks after her 2nd treatment, client had holidayd in Bali for 2 weeks.
"Did you cover up your the tattoo area or use a sunblock?"
"Oh, a had a cover over it but it fell off."
Stay out of the sun ......... period.
