Laser tattoo removal and minors

With tattoo being all the rage, and their popularity still growing, occasionally we get the odd under 18yo , who got some ink done and then either regrets the decision or the parents find out and want the tattoo gone.
Removing the tattoo using the Fotona QX Max laser is not a problem, but definite parental/guardian consent is a must.
So a parent must attend the initial consultation and first treatment session at a minimum, and then see how go approach after that.
The problem is, some minors left to their own devices, may not turn up in defiance or forget their appt. Most are pretty compliant.
Also, with the increasing number of DYI tattoo units available on the net, we are seeing more amateur tattoos coming thru. Fortunately these tattoos require 3-4 treatments for removal.
